If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your IVO product due to manufacturing defects, we will fix the problem or replace the item.

Returns:
30 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the your IVO product, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund.

1.  Credit will be isssued back via the original method of payment methode if returned within 60 days, unless otherwise specified.  If returned after 60 days, a merchandise credit will be issued.
    * Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.  Any gift item purchased through us may be returned for an exchange or merchandise credit that can be used for future IVO Cutlery orders.
3.  We are not responsibile for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received by our warehouse.  Be sure to return items via a traceable method such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or Purolator.
4.  Please allow up to 14 Business Days to process your request. Once processed, either new tracking information, a merchandise credit, or refund confirmation will be e-mailed.
